Schumer Should be Removed from Senate Leadership Position;

“Progressives” Get Free Pass to Incite Violence

March 5, 2020 – Caucus for America president Rabbi Aryeh Spero released the following statement today:

“At a pro-abortion rally in Washington D.C. yesterday, Senator Chuck Schumer literally threatened Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh if they would not rule according to the ‘progressive’ agenda. What began as bullying by Senate Democrats at the Kavanaugh hearing has now escalated into outright intimidation and threats.

“Beyond question, if a Republican or conservative would have made such threats against a liberal Justice, the FBI and DOJ would already be on their doorstep. Our agencies seem to be reluctant to do so when the violators are liberal or Democrat inasmuch as the ‘progressive’ media establishment would shout that it is all ‘political’.

“This is another incident of a Democrat officeholder inciting the public to physically harm a conservative, be it Congresswoman Maxine Waters urging people to ‘get into the faces’ of Republicans, or those whose remarks instigated the shooting rampage against Republican lawmakers playing baseball in a D.C. park, or the justification for violence against conservatives by Antifa and silence thereafter by ‘progressives’ and city officials who stand by the carnage and make no arrests.

“By his remarks, Chuck Schumer has forfeited his role as the Minority Leader of the U.S. Senate.

“We conservatives and Republicans, representing at least half of the nation, demand that law enforcement, be it the FBI, the DOJ, or local district attorneys and police chiefs begin taking measures against the leftist rabble rousers who have been doing violence or verbally inciting violence. It is high time that law enforcement — be it national or local — be concerned and begin providing protection to politically conservative Americans who are under assault from some of the highest people in government. The laws protecting citizens apply equally to conservatives as they do to constituencies on the Left.”
